Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refund Policy: Refund policy as stated in the current terms and conditions: The company shall not refund the client any days the storage space is unoccupied during the term of the storage space rental agreement.
  • Cancellation Policy: The company requires a cancellation notice of 24 hours ahead of the scheduled move in date if and only if the renter’s belongings are not in the company’s possession. Otherwise the company shall not refund any amount to the renter. Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
  • Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed
