I have had a wonderful experience of accessing my personal goods from the warehouse. This was the first time I visited my storage area and I was pleased … More with the overall storage conditions. The temperature controlled environment had ensured the goods were safe. I was particularly impressed with how systematic the process was. I could access my inventory on an iPad app and then the specific items and boxes were kept ready for me to check out the items that I needed.
I was also impressed with the staff who assisted me to go through my inventory and hunt down items that I was looking for.
