1- Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept a range of payment methods, as specified on our site. All payment details should be provided accurately, and the buyer confirms that the provided payment details belong to them or that they have been authorized to use them.
2- Delivery & Pickup
We offer multiple delivery options, including same-day home delivery for orders placed before the designated time frame and in-store pickup. While we strive to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed due to potential unforeseen circumstances. For in-person pickups, products will be held for a limited duration; if not collected within this time, the order may be canceled and a restocking fee applied.
3- Returns & Exchanges
Products may be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return pickup costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a fault on our part. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
